Returns Policy

You can return your product/s for a store credit, or a different product.

We do not offer a 'Change of Mind' returns.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items/personalised items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags, if any, still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Return postage is at the buyers expense, except where the product/s are faulty.

A 20% re-stocking fee is applicable.
